Hello Alyssa, while I agree with most of the things you wrote about the overall good experience with MacBook, I failed to understand the goal of this post.

Because of the title and the opening, I (and maybe most people here) expected to be informed about what your experience and story could inform us to make a better decision to buy my next laptop.

But what I found is you promote Apple MacBook and its ecosystem, which is fine, but this promotion contradicts with the terrible experience you just had (I sympathize and hope things are going well with your work). And instead of being better informed, what I got after reading this article is a “what?”.

I hope you can take my comment as a critism to encourage you to be a better writer in the future, not as an offense.
